CUSTOMER TERMS

ZEBYA Customer Platform Terms

These terms explain the current rules for customers using ZEBYA to search for, request and confirm beauty-service bookings.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Who operates ZEBYA

ZEBYA Pty Ltd operates the ZEBYA platform. ZEBYA provides marketplace, matching, booking, communication and booking-fee functionality. Independent beauty providers perform the beauty services.

2. Using the platform

You must provide accurate booking details, including the requested services, location, date, ready-by time and number of people. You must not use ZEBYA unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that threatens the safety or privacy of another person.

3. Requests are not bookings

Sending a request does not guarantee that a provider is available or that a booking has been formed. A provider may accept, decline or propose one of the changes made available through the platform. A booking becomes confirmed only after the customer chooses a provider and completes the required ZEBYA confirmation and booking-fee payment flow.

4. Prices and payments

ZEBYA shows the customer one final booking total before confirmation. The total may include the provider's service price, travel or toll amounts where applicable, and the separate ZEBYA booking fee.

ZEBYA collects the platform booking fee. The beauty-service amount is payable to the provider in accordance with the confirmed booking instructions. A provider must not add an undisclosed charge to a confirmed ZEBYA booking.

5. Independent providers

Providers using ZEBYA are independent beauty professionals. ZEBYA does not employ them or perform the beauty service. Providers are responsible for the lawful, safe and professional delivery of their services and for holding any qualifications, licences, registrations and insurance required for the work they perform.

6. Cancellations and refunds

The current ZEBYA Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to confirmed bookings. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Customer conduct and safety

Customers must provide a reasonably safe environment for a mobile service, treat providers respectfully and give accurate information relevant to the requested service. A provider may refuse or stop a service where there is an immediate safety, unlawful-conduct or suitability concern.

8. Reviews and platform integrity

Reviews must relate to genuine completed ZEBYA bookings and must not be fabricated, manipulated, abusive or misleading. ZEBYA may moderate content where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity and lawful rights.

9. Privacy

ZEBYA handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact information is used to operate and manage bookings, account security and support.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Questions or complaints

Use the Contact ZEBYA page for platform questions, complaints, safety concerns or institutional enquiries.
